The location was great and the pool was excellent. The staff were friendly and tried to sort everything out even though not everything always worked. Some rooms had windows against the wall, so we had to switch rooms during the stay, but that was fine. For a 4‑star hotel, everything felt a bit cramped. Initially the link to Booking didn’t work, so they didn’t know about our reservation. The airport shuttle didn’t arrive at the airport even though a friend had ordered and paid for it.
