This is one of the best hotels in the world, and I say that with confidence. The room was huge, super clean, beautiful, with an extraordinary jungle view and a huge bed. The pool was clean, clear, and again had an excellent view. We were in Bali for our honeymoon and this hotel added the cherry on top of our cake. We originally planned only 4 nights but added 2 extra nights because we loved Ubud and the hotel so much. There was a huge selection of breakfast food, each meal freshly made and super delicious. Not to mention their additional services like afternoon tea, culture classes, transfer and activity opportunities, and their gym. We stayed in direct contact with reception via WhatsApp and they replied to our questions or requests within seconds. The staff were extremely nice and professional, and it was always a joy to speak with them. It is located a bit further from Ubud center (25 mins by car), but very close to the rice fields, waterfalls, coffee plantations, etc., which was a big plus for us as we mainly visited those activities. However, I would still recommend this hotel if you mainly want to spend your time in Ubud center. The city can be a bit overcrowded and stressful, and a calm, beautiful accommodation like this can recharge you quickly. We also enjoyed the 25‑minute car ride because we could see nearby villages and shops that were not as touristy. I would definitely stay here again if we visit Bali again.
