Staff friendly and polite, helpful where needed. A nice spot if you need to be close to the airport. The images make the hotel seem grander that it really is, and in fact it's not really a hotel but more a wedding venue booked for big events. Disappointingly the restaurant and bar were closed on Monday and Tuesday eve which was not mentioned prior to booking- and was partly why we booked in the first place! Room was ok but overpriced, a slightly soulless place all in all. Useful if you need to be close to the airport but would pick elsewhere if you want something more like a hotel
