The location was fine, but I can’t see how this qualifies as a four‑star place – the room I got had black mould around the shower, rusted sanitary fittings and no air‑conditioning; after they moved me, the bathroom was acceptable, yet it still didn’t feel like a four‑star property, more like something you’d find in Egypt. The only positive was the friendly staff.

Our room was essentially uninhabitable because the ceiling was too low (it was a loft), and the bathroom’s shower only delivered cold water, so we were moved to a sister property.

The hotel was perfectly situated. A card system behind the windshield lets you leave the car inside the ZTL safely, which is very appreciated. We arrived a bit late due to a road accident, and the front‑desk staff were very pleasant. However, the hotel would benefit from some renovation.
