“Value for money, good location, decent size rooms and over all ok.”

The place is in a great spot, especially handy for travel near the train station. The room size is good and it offers good value. The host is very responsive. The kitchen is sufficient for individuals, but the supplies could improve. The shower gel was missing (we booked for a week), the cleaning liquids were empty, there was no kettle, and the toiletries were so limited they didn’t last two days. No chopping boards were visible, even though the kitchen had some basic cookware. For longer stays you’ll need to do some self‑cleaning. The exhaust fan didn’t work. Otherwise everything was acceptable.

The apartment looked pretty at first glance, clean with a comfortable bed. However, it lacked several items that were listed, such as a kettle, tea maker, free bathrobe, and shower curtain. The soundproofing seemed more like a joke because I could literally hear both outside noises and neighbors talking. The shower was a disaster – only the top part is detachable, it’s stone, and the water drips back, so it’s not suitable for women either because the hair gets dirty water.

The Rosa house is a guaranteed gem; I highly recommend booking here – you’ll find a clean, modern room that’s always tidy.
