The place wasn’t clean, the hot water from the bathroom tap didn’t work, and there was dirt that had piled up for several days everywhere. When I tried to pay by card, they asked me to do a transfer instead because otherwise they’d add a surcharge. The breakfast was just ordinary.

Almost everything was fine, the breakfast was normal but lacked options, and the service was super good. The only downside was the limited variety at breakfast.

The staff treated us warmly and you really feel the personal touch. The only gripe is that the breakfast buffet could have offered a bit more variety, though the overall tranquility was nice.

The location was peaceful and the staff were all very friendly; they helped us rent a car and suggested places to eat. The downside was that the Nespresso machine didn’t work at breakfast and there was no lactose‑free or plant‑based milk available.
