Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
Overall facilities were good and as expected; the restaurant meal offered good value and the service was solid. However, the bar prices were steep, the room lacked enough milk capsules, and more pillows would have been appreciated.

The location is close to the motorway and Tauranga city centre, the premises are clean and tidy, and the staff are friendly. Nothing to complain about.

The room was nice and the bed comfortable; staff were very polite and the place was clean. We weren’t told until after booking that the pool was unavailable, and kids from St Kent’s screamed up and down the hallway until after 9 pm, while the buffet was very minimal.

Really nice, far better than anticipated. The public toilets have not been renovated and still look like they’re from the 1960s.

The place is in a great spot and the rooms are modern. The balcony door was broken and couldn’t be locked.
