The facility is a few steps from the lake and the refreshment points, so you can move comfortably on foot… a positive thing for us because we were left without a car due to a breakdown… the staff are so helpful and kind that the lovely lady who works there brought me and my son in her car around the area and offered to pick us up. The room was clean and the place quiet. We arrived at the end of the season but we could still enjoy the beautiful pool that was still open. The staff let you be calm, they even allowed us to use the room after hours (obviously because it wasn’t supposed to be occupied by anyone else) a great courtesy for us who were left without a car and had to wait. In short, despite the inconvenience caused by the car breakdown they still let us enjoy our stay in Cingoli to the fullest. My son and I will definitely come back to relax and have fun with the animal friends that roam freely around the property looking for play and cuddles.
