I was blown away by the hotel's fantastic location, which was just a stone's throw away from the beach, main shopping area, and the vibrant nightlife on the canal
The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent support throughout my stay

“The counter man give a free grab to another hotel”
The location was good—just a few minutes to the water taxi and other spots. Nothing else to note.

Legacy Hotel really lives up to its “heart of Grandworld” claim; everything from Bamboo Street to the Teddy Bear Museum and numerous Halal restaurants is just a stroll away. We were lucky to snag a room with a water view, but even if you don’t get one, the rooftop at night where you can watch the water and light show totally makes up for it. The staff were incredibly helpful, and one of them even went out of his way to get us to our destination. A pleasant surprise was the in‑house laundry service, charged per kilogram – my clothes returned smelling fantastic! The only downside was that the room didn’t include a hairdryer, but that wasn’t a big deal for us.
The hotel is excellent and the view of the Vienna canal is superb. The hospitality was very good, especially Lam.

The view and location are the main highlights, and there are plenty of supermarkets and shops right next to the hotel. What annoyed us the most was the noise – the music and DJ in the shops kept playing until 1 am, making it hard to sleep. The room also lacked hand soap, and there was no luggage transport to or from the room, nor was there a room‑cleaning service.
The hotel was clean and the staff were good. No complaints.
