We couldn’t stay because the reception was unpresentable and poorly colored from the start, the attendant was a terrible person, and I suggest offering a bilingual staff member or translator; the room smelled awful and the atmosphere was bad, so we immediately left to find a place with better service—everything was terrible, not even the minimum.

When we arrived the staff were friendly, the location was good, the place was clean, the beds comfortable, and when the first room’s A/C didn’t work they promptly moved us to another room without any hassle; only a few updates would improve the experience.

The room had a strong mold odor, so I opened the door, but the manager insisted I keep it shut despite the smell. When I arrived, a friend helped me load my bags into the room and the front‑desk lady followed me in, then rudely told my friend he wasn’t allowed to stay. I explained he was just helping me, yet she kept arguing. Later that night the same staff member checked on me again to confirm no one else was in the room. On checkout at noon the staff wouldn’t let me into the lobby to wait for pickup, claiming it was closed even though it’s open all day.
