I liked everything about the apartment and it felt like home, but I really wish the check‑in time could be earlier and the check‑out time later.

It’s very central and you can check in anytime after 2 pm, but the lock didn’t work and we couldn’t get inside; when they tried to fix it it still didn’t work, so we had to use the manual key.

The place was spotless and well kept, but when I reported a lost item from the unit they promised it would be couriered back, only to find out yesterday they’re not liable for lost items because they have so many guests; that feels unfair, especially since I’ve been a loyal customer for years.
