The place was very quiet, breakfast was excellent, room service was great and spotless, and we were satisfied with everything; we’ll be back next year.

The proprietor and her staff were very friendly and helpful; the location of the farm stay is central and quiet, with church, inns, swimming pool, grocery shop and bus stop within a few minutes’ walk. The room came with a box‑spring bed (mattress and head pillow perfect) and a very user‑friendly bathroom. The balcony was generous. Breakfast was fantastic (savory, sweet, fruit, spicy skewers, daily little surprises in the savory section), tea, coffee, and on certain days you could visit the neighboring cellar with local products (cheese, bacon, wine, etc.) and end the day in a cozy setting. During the day you could also self‑serve mineral water, beer, wine, juices.

The Garni‑Hotel Farmerhof is a cozy, family‑run hotel where you feel incredibly welcome from the moment you arrive. The host’s helpfulness and warm hospitality create a relaxed, informal atmosphere. The hotel sits perfectly on the edge of the small town Partschins—right on the border where lush fruit orchards and farming meet raw, craggy mountains. Here you get amazing peace and immediate access to nature. The rooms are nice, clean, and spacious, serving as an ideal, comfortable base after a day of outdoor activity. Breakfast is solid and nourishing, served in the bright, covered veranda, where you can enjoy coffee with a stunning panoramic view of the mountains and valley. Dinner is not served, but there are 4–5 very good, informal restaurants and traditional inns within a short walk. There is also self‑serve wine and beer in the evening. In short, it’s the perfect choice for the active traveler looking for down‑to‑earth South Tyrolean charm, peaceful surroundings, and spectacular nature right outside the door—completely away from mass tourism.
