“Bon”
Calm, charm. The departure time is later, there is a limitation on toilet paper, and I should have been warned about the cat (allergy).

We had a fantastic stay in this house in La Rochelle; the accommodation was pleasant, spotless, and very cozy, perfect for a few days of rest. We also met the owner, who was a very friendly, welcoming, and available person. She was very kind to us and made the stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place and will not hesitate to return on our next visit to La Rochelle. Thanks again for the warm welcome.

The quiet was exactly what we expected.

The silence, the location, the cleanliness, the equipment, the garden with the cat.

Clean and well decorated, street parking and the host was very friendly. The bathroom was spacious and well laid out. Unfortunately we were only told a cat lived on the premises once there; my husband is allergic so we wouldn’t have booked this had we known, especially as the cat kept trying to get in despite the owner giving us water to spray at it. The kitchen isn’t a kitchen so you can’t really prepare anything, and washing up in the bathroom sink wasn’t ideal. It felt more like a room under the owner’s home than a holiday apartment, so sadly it didn’t feel very private.
