The staff were really courteous and even helped lug my bags up the stairs, which I appreciated. Unfortunately the towels were dark and smelled off, and the bed and pillow were rock‑hard. I also found a few broken cups and the coffee bottles were pretty dirty, and there were a lot of homeless folks hanging around the front asking for coffee.

The front desk was friendly enough, but the shower never seemed to get the temperature right – it was either scalding or barely warm.
