Casa Pisani Canal, housed in the 16th‑century Alvise Pisian noble residence, overlooks the Santa Marina Canal and sits minutes from St. Mark’s Square and the Rialto Bridge. Guest rooms feature private balconies, Venetian décor, and hydromassage showers; the Junior Suite offers two canal‑view balconies. Complimentary buffet breakfast, free internet, and attentive staff enhance a romantic Venetian stay.

The spot is spot-on—just a 10‑minute walk from Piazza San Marco, the vaporetto stop, the airport, and Santa Lucia train station. The street is quiet and safe for strolling. Breakfast is fantastic, freshly made and fully stocked. They’ll even hold your bags after check‑out, and there’s a fridge bar in the room. The only downsides are having to climb two floors with luggage and the lack of a bathroom at reception.

A small intimate hotel (few rooms) very pleasant and quiet. The room was large with plenty of storage. Venetian style but not lost in the fabrics, and a nice view of a small canal. Lucy, who handles breakfast and cleaning, is radiant and very friendly, and helpful: the first morning I asked if there was hot chocolate, and without me asking, she found it for the following breakfasts! The bathroom is a bit rough, but very clean and fully functional. Watch out for the steep staircase to reach all the rooms.

The room and its bathroom are perfectly positioned. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The bedding is comfy. We stayed two nights and will definitely recommend it to friends.

I appreciated the room’s size and the floor finish, plus the small bathtub. However, there’s no coffee or tea service in the room, no complimentary water bottles, and the reception area looked rather bleak.
