The spot was convenient and the adjacent pastry shop was nice for breakfast that wasn’t included, plus there was a fruit basket and daily bottled water in the room; however, the cleaning didn’t meet four‑star standards, the linen change wasn’t honored unless I protested—otherwise they’d only swap sheets once every seven nights, the carpet wasn’t vacuumed daily, and the room wasn’t ready until 13:00; at that price, that’s hard to accept.

The location was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and fresh fruit was provided in the room; the only downside was the slow elevator, but there’s not much you can do about that.
