The cabins are tiny but cozy, and the staff were very friendly, though the size is a drawback.

The location is great, but the light installation is poor and the switches are outside the house.

The comfort is good, but there is no hot water.

Nicandro was very attentive and helpful with the fire pit, and there is hot water for showers. The location isn’t ideal; although it’s close to CDMX and Toluca, the access road is rough, unpaved, and the cabins aren’t cleaned. The beds are uncomfortable and noisy, and if you’re four people you only get two towels and just two chairs in the cabin, which is small. The photos don’t match reality, the food is pricey for what’s offered, there’s no staff after 9 pm to service the kitchen, the cabins lack coffee-making facilities, the on‑site restaurant opens at 9 pm, the fence around the property is flimsy and anyone can get in, the cabin door isn’t secure, and everything feels too expensive for what you get—better look elsewhere at that price.

The attention, the atmosphere, and the place itself were great. My cabin, however, had no hot water, no toilet paper, and the beds were not cleaned.
