The location. Checking in was rough as I paid extra for the birthday room decorations as calling to make sure the day before arrival it was going to be completed & they stated it would be & lo & behold it wasn’t. We had to wait until 2 hrs while they got the room ready & it was literally 5 balloons thrown on the bed with a towel cake which the description was misleading because it was suppose to be an actual cake. The shower head was super dirty & green asked front desk to clean it & they never did! The restaurants & bar is not apart of the hotel and they were never open!!! The fire alarm went off at 1:45am & everybody had to leave the hotel… it wasn’t worth the money at all

They let me check in early, the hotel is close to the airport, there’s a rental car shop next door, and a parking garage across the street. The only minor issue was a slight smell from someone apparently peeing; the staff were notified but it didn’t bother me much.
