Cleanliness, the friendliness of all the staff, and the location were great. The only downside was having to climb a flight of stairs to reach the elevator and the fact that the street was blocked for taxi entry right up to the hotel door.

The cleanliness and the staff, especially Daniela, were excellent, and the hotel’s position in Rome was convenient for sightseeing. The shower was the only issue.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The location was great with many attractions just a short walk away. Thanks to Maricar for all her assistance. I wasn’t entirely happy with the stairs and the small 1‑2 person elevator at first, but the staff resolved everything.

The staff were very friendly, the photos matched reality, the place was well‑located, and breakfast was superb! The only drawback was that the entrance door wasn’t clearly marked, so it took at least 10 minutes to find.
