The location was good and the room was pleasant, but the parking was far away, opened late, and the directions were wrong. At one point there was no water in the room and nobody fixed it. The staff were quite inefficient and unhelpful, and the breakfast was only a 7.

Araceli and Jorge gave great service, the breakfast started early and was all‑you‑can‑eat, they even made me eggs without ham, and the bathrobe was fantastic—no complaints at all.

The place is well situated and the staff are very attentive, yet the room check‑in missed a light issue in the bathroom.

The staff were very friendly, the place was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. The only downside was the car‑parking process, which is a few blocks away; otherwise everything was 10.
