“Bad experience at the first sight”
I never stayed at Pratimalay guesthouse (not a hotel); I had a terrible experience when we arrived, and the owner told me the rooms I booked had no AC, asked for an extra 400 rupees per room, and only offered one family room for three people instead of the two I booked; they also demanded an extra 50 rupees per person for registration, none of the rooms were clean enough to use, and they asked us to wait while their staff ate lunch before cleaning; I’m not going to leave a review for them, and they blamed the Booking app for showing wrong prices and rooms, claiming they had asked Booking to update their info but it didn’t happen; the whole situation was frustrating, especially in the hot weather, with no helpful communication or support, so I will never return to Pratimalay guesthouse.
