The hotel is small, with 14 rooms, run by a family, very charming, meticulously detailed, and its mountain‑wood style fits Livigno perfectly; it’s very clean, the staff are very friendly, and the spa is lovely; it’s centrally located with parking available.

The property has been renovated, is beautiful, well‑kept, and fully equipped; the staff are super kind and attentive to every need; we especially loved the gorgeous ceiling in the room (especially the first night); the room also had a balcony that more than made up for the slightly cramped interior space. The only downside is that the room (at least the one we were given) was a bit small, but the balcony helped solve that issue.

I really liked it because it’s very convenient for everything; the rooms are cozy, very clean, and the breakfast is truly well prepared. The only thing missing, in my opinion, is an outdoor area with loungers to spend time in during summer.
