“Hier ist der Gast willkommen!”
I don’t need to repeat the many well‑deserved positive reviews about the friendly and attentive staff—this applies equally to the reception, the farewell, and the service at breakfast and dinner! We truly enjoyed sitting calmly during meals in the evening and morning, just as one would expect from an adults‑only hotel. I also appreciate the fixed tables; as long as you don’t have to sit right at the buffet, they’re great. You always know you’ll have a spot, no matter when you arrive. The quality of the buffets was very good, both in the morning and at night. Those who criticize the price of the dinner buffet should remember that in comparable hotels you now pay 20–30 € for the breakfast buffet alone, plus parking fees of 15–25 € per day. Here, all that is included in the room rates. We found our short stay in this hotel very relaxing. Unfortunately, I couldn’t try the pool facilities; I’ll make up for it during my next stays in September and November.
My comments are not criticism but just pointers. We found the duvets in mid‑August too heavy and bulky, making it hard to flip under them. The minibar in the two‑person booked room contained only one bottle of the available drinks; in our case, just one bottle of non‑alcoholic beer, even though both of us wanted a bottle. Perhaps the minibar should be stocked accordingly for rooms booked for two guests. We also noticed that the wooden armrests on the balcony chairs were already quite worn. The same was true for the chairs on the neighboring balconies, which does not match the hotel’s high standard, especially since the room furnishings were flawless.
