The staff are friendly. I actually like the location very near to the tourism hot spot, and also near to the hospital, including very near to Kuching waterfront. Previously I stayed in a room with a window but no views.

The air conditioning was not cool in room 106.

The room was spacious.

The Aircon cannot be controlled. Setting fixed at 23deg. Power socket are not all functioning. Also the water heater temperature is not consistent. Also need to ready 1or2 bottles of mineral water in the room for drinking
