The place is a scam; the online photos are fake. The toilets lack doors, and we had to request toilet paper, which took two hours. The staff were unprofessional, and when we complained the duty lady called us dramatic. Yhuu, what a waste of money. The beds were old and uncomfortable 😣, the sheets were dirty, and the water was cold 🥶.

The room wasn’t what I expected: it shared a bathroom with other guests, had only two uncomfortable and itchy beds, and there was no key—apparently it was lost. I suspect the room isn’t for bookings but for the receptionist’s girlfriend. I hated that place honestly.

I was utterly disappointed; the place felt like a scam. The property’s condition was unacceptable and nothing matched the listing. It stank, linens were dirty, and we had to share a bathroom with the tenants—a detail that should have been disclosed beforehand. We paid for accommodation, not for an unhygienic, uncomfortable space. Cleanliness was shocking, and the overall experience was extremely unpleasant. Anyone thinking about booking should seriously reconsider; the standards of this property need a thorough inspection before being advertised.

There was no false advertising, but everything was wrong: no plugs near the bed, dust in the drawers, and the room was nothing like the pictures.
