The room was comfortable and well maintained, the location was excellent, and breakfast offered a good variety of food. The ice dispenser and laundry facilities were a big plus. The staff could be more welcoming and approachable; a warmer, friendlier atmosphere would improve the guest experience. Most staff rarely smiled, and the receptionist who checked us in on the evening of October 4 seemed impatient, unfriendly, and somewhat rude, leaving a poor first impression. I hope the hotel takes this as constructive feedback.
