The spot was convenient, but mosquitoes and water everywhere made it unbearable, and the mosquito protection was awful. We waited over an hour for our food at the restaurant even though we were the only customers. The rooms felt old and musty. When I tried to check out, nobody wanted to accept payment, only to call us back after an hour while we were on safari, demanding payment and causing panic for our driver. The hotel staff seemed clueless.

I had a decent stay at this hotel, appreciating its great location that offered plenty of activities to enjoy. However, I did encounter some issues with communication, finding it difficult to reach the team through their phone contacts. Additionally, I felt that the meal options were limited and could have included more affordable choices. Overall, it was an okay experience with some areas for improvement.

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel's picturesque and beautiful surroundings, making for a very pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful, adding to the positive experience. With no notable drawbacks, I can highly recommend this hotel for its lovely atmosphere and friendly team.

My stay had its highs and lows, with the activities, staff, and chef all impressing me with their quality. However, I was quite disappointed with the rooms, which lacked fans and experienced power outages without a reliable backup system, making for a terrible night's sleep. Despite the positives, these issues significantly impacted my overall experience.

I truly enjoyed my stay, thanks to the hotel's beautiful gardens that offered ample space for a leisurely walk, and the good staff who made me feel welcome. Unfortunately, I had some frustrations with the administrative process, requiring me to enter the same information multiple times. I was also underwhelmed by the amenities, including the limited channel selection on DStv and the gym's outdated, broken equipment.
