Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The hosts were excellent and communication was flawless. Breakfast was nice, and every item you could need was available in the pension. Nothing else stood out.

We got a booking confirmation after paying with our credit card, yet the reception was completely unresponsive and we waited over an hour for anyone to appear. The phone number they gave us never answered, even after several attempts. Some guests had to open the entrance door for us, so we could stay inside. This place feels more like a youth hostel; there’s a see‑through fridge at the entrance where people keep leftover food, which was disgusting, especially in the lobby. I would not recommend staying here.
