The hotel's location was decent, but the state of the property was a letdown. The first thing that hit us was the stench coming from the guttering around the building - it was pretty overwhelming. We were also not impressed to find a bunch of napthalene balls stuffed into the cupboard, which was giving off a strong chemical smell. Luckily, we were able to remove them, but it was a bit of a hassle.

The hotel's staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the cleanliness of my room was a letdown. I was blown away by how attentive and accommodating they were, from the front desk to the housekeeping team. However, when I arrived at my room, I was surprised to find that it wasn't as clean as I had expected - there were dust bunnies under the bed and some stains on the carpet.
