The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was good, yet the presence of many homeless people and noisy teens made it hard to sleep. The decor and quality of the hotel feel tired and in need of updating.

The location was good for an event nearby and close to Tottenham Court Station, but the room was small. The bathroom was tiny, leaving barely enough space between the basin and toilet, and the shower alternated between hot and cold. The ticket we received stated we couldn’t eat in the room, which was odd.
