“Perfetta in ogni aspetto”
Everything was great, especially the friendliness and willingness of the owners; they helped us arrange trips and moves that weren’t always easy, and we felt right at home.
The food was delicious, the hosts were amazing, and the property was very clean.

Madalina was a fantastic host who assisted us with every need, whether for the stay or for excursions and boat rides, and she also cooked wonderfully—her traditional Delta fish dishes were a highlight. The rooms were roomy and well equipped, and we had an excellent time.

We arrived by boat from Tulcea straight to the house. Mila 23 is a small village with beautiful homes, and you can walk along the Danube to enjoy the sunset. There are tiny grocery shops and small cafés/terraces. The house sits right on the water, from which you can explore the Danube Delta by boat. We rented a boat and spent the whole day out. The house was very clean and the traditional dinner was perfect, with vegetarian options available on request. The young couple, Mădălina and Ciprian, were the best hosts—very helpful and warm. My parents and I had a brief but wonderful time in Mila23. Visiting the Ivan Patzaichin Museum (named after a Romanian canoe trainer) and the Stipoc Monastery (the only one in the Danube Delta) is worth it.
