I always stay here when I’m in Dnipro. The price‑quality ratio is good. The ceilings are high, the bathrooms are large and I love them. It’s a pity that it’s a bit worn, but it’s not the right time to invest in renovations.

The price is very low for the location and the room is huge, with a bath—nice, since most hotels only offer a bath in a suite or higher. The elevator works. It’s very inexpensive. The hotel is very old; the carpeting is old, the bathroom towels were torn, and there’s a bit of a musty smell in the rooms and the hotel overall. There are two hotels close together, the “Astoria” and the “Dnipro”, which somehow function as one. The place is somewhat worse than my photos show.

The comments below were strange, but there was truly no mold in the bathrooms of two rooms, the sheets were white and clean, there were no odd smells, it was warm enough, there was a heater, overall it was clean, and the staff were pleasant.

The location is wonderful, tidy, and there is parking. From the morning onward, someone from the staff was loudly talking from the window and everything could be heard, but despite that the staff were polite and friendly.
