The room is spacious, clean, and functional, and the bathroom is very large. We’re in the heart of the Spanish Quarter, so the building has no elevator. Piera is doing a great job, thanks also to her friendliness.
“Fine settimana napoletano”
The property is spotless, close to many points of interest. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I expected shampoo and body wash, and the apartment is on the third floor (no elevator), so it isn’t accessible to everyone. I’d change the mattress—too soft.

The location is ultra‑central, everything you need is there; no need for a kitchen or coffee or breakfast in the room… in Naples!

The room is huge, the bathroom enormous with a perfect tub for relaxing, a coffee machine with pods, very clean, a fridge, a kettle, and Wi‑Fi works flawlessly. The owner is kind, even keeping our luggage on the last day. The location is perfect for visiting the historic center and she even points out where to drop off a taxi. Believe me, no problem staying in the Spanish Quarter! I’d return. The only downside, as described, is the steep climb to the house, especially on hot days (more than just the three flights of stairs); you could use a funicular if you want.
Everything was really great: a very nice and welcoming environment, very clean, and staff who were very kind and ready to help with anything. The only flaw I found were the building’s stairs… but in the end they weren’t a big problem for us.
