i booked this hotel for to night including the breakfast and i have paid for brakfast. whe ni reached at hotel. there was loats of mosqutos, staff was not educated and limieted. when we asked fro breakfast. the ymentioned they dont have kitchen and can not proivde breakfast even they charged for breakfast via bookingcom. they do not have power backup for the lift nad Room AC. main power supply goes you have only fan option. Unprofossesional staff (1-2 member) to take care the guest

Very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. They don’t know how to speak to guests properly and showed no respect at all. It felt like they were not interested in helping or providing any kind of service. The overall experience was really bad and frustrating. From check-in to check-out, everything was poorly managed. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are much better options available where customers are treated with basic courtesy and respect. Totally unsatisfied and unhappy with my stay.
