The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly; Mr Abdulkarim went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, answering all my questions about the area and how to navigate back to the riad. Thank you for making my stay a pleasure.

The freshness and cleanliness stood out compared to the outside narrow streets of the medina, and the staff were very warm and welcoming. The Moroccan breakfast was fantastic—10/10! Nothing to complain about.

We got to experience a truly authentic traditional Fes riad. It’s not easy to reach, especially with luggage, but that’s part of the Fez experience.
