Staying at Lotte Hotel was a wonderful experience. The only issue was that the hotel didn’t offer creamer or milk for coffee/tea, even though most other hotels, even normal ones, do.

I liked the location, the room was a good size and comfortable, and the staff were very nice. I will definitely come back.

Breakfast was delicious, but the bed’s headboard lacked an outlet, making it hard to charge my phone.

The staff were courteous. The showerhead was filthy, and I wish they would replace the showerhead and the sunflower‑style one; for a five‑star place this level of dirt is surprising, and aside from the visible part of the room there was dust elsewhere.
