The staff were lovely and helpful; just ask and they’ll go the extra mile. The room was budget‑friendly, but I wish there were power sockets near the bed and better pillows, and the AC made a bit of noise. Other than that, it was fine.

The staff were helpful and communication was good, yet traffic outside was audible at times.

The location was good, but the sheets need to be upgraded to cotton, and the Queen bed needs four pillows. Towels should be white cotton. A luggage rack, more bench space, and a chair to sit on are required. The bathroom ceiling has mould that needs removal, a bar fridge would be nice, the toilet drains should be unblocked, the broken basin tap fixed, and the shower rose unclogged.
