The ambience was good, the staff were polite, and the manager was excellent.

The hotel was very good, with spacious and comfortable rooms. We enjoyed our stay and were satisfied with the facilities. Unfortunately, a few things lowered the experience: first, we were charged more than what we had agreed on when booking; second, the receptionist forgot to return our passports at check‑out, so we had to take a taxi back to the hotel to retrieve them. Even though the mistake was the hotel's fault, they refused to cover the taxi cost. Overall, we had a nice stay, but these incidents negatively affected the overall experience.

The hotel was super comfy and the staff went out of their way to help, plus the food was tasty. Nothing to complain about.
