We stayed only one night, but I can only say thanks to the staff at Hostal Castilla. The accommodation itself has a lot of charm, with an inner courtyard where you can eat breakfast calmly if it isn’t cold; the building is old but everything is well arranged and clean. The location is fantastic, right in the center of Aranjuez and a short walk to the Royal Palace. No complaints.

The place feels very old; the rooms were renovated but the layout isn’t well used, as if someone inexperienced handled it, the shower doesn’t hold water and fills up quickly, there are few kitchen utensils and no coffee maker, so I wouldn’t recommend it for a family trip.

It’s a very pretty spot, the staff are very friendly and the location is excellent, but the mobile coverage inside the room was problematic.
