“Poderia ser melhor”

It’s the third time my family has stayed at this hotel. We liked the breakfast and the location (we were driving a rental car; I don’t know how it is for those without a car). The room layout, the view is also good. Reception service is slow and rude. Cleaning is terrible; they didn’t remove used cups and mugs from the room. They didn’t take out the room trash, forgot to put a trash bag in the bathroom. We were quite upset with the service this time.

Everything was great; free parking is key for a place like this. The room is amazing with epic AC/heat, epic shower and great views. Walkable to many awesome places to eat and shop. We came back a few days later and sought out this place again, it’s that good. Nothing, no notes!

Everything was perfect, no complaints at all, and we came back for a second stay after our ski trip. The restaurants and bakeries nearby were great!

“El huésped sé debe tratar mejor”

The location was spot on, but the staff couldn't find my reservation at first, then mixed up my room, and after correcting it they forgot to request a guarantee card. They even tried to use the posnet on the room as if we were trying to escape without paying, and the next day we couldn't charge breakfast to the room because we had no guarantee. Instead of putting a card on file, they charged the room, forcing me to go back to the front desk to pay for breakfast amid their stubborn refusal to add the cost to the room. Their distrust made us feel like thieves, all mistakes were the hotel’s fault. Will I return? NO.
