Everything was perfect, no complaints at all.

The staff were friendly and the room stayed clean, but the bed base was made of some kind of aluminum or metal that rattled every time you got in or out, producing a horrible sound. The linens were very thin and there was no comforter. The light switch in the hallway by the door controlled the TV, so the light had to stay on with a bright glow just to watch TV, even if you wanted to watch without lights—a big inconvenience. The bathroom had no good lighting and was very dim.

The eggs were cold, the gravy and biscuits had no taste, and the cranberry juice was mostly water, though the coffee was okay. The customer service was lacking, with no friendly welcome or helpfulness.

The staff were extremely helpful and nice, and my room was very clean and comfortable.
