The spot is perfect for walking to the Rhine Falls, the hotel is very clean, and the staff’s welcoming, attentive, available, respectful, and caring welcome is truly warm; we highly recommend this hotel run by 'Belles Personnes'.

Everything was very clean and tidy, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially at the reception where they treated guests superbly; they always tried to help warmly. I stayed only one night, and the next day, when I had to check out, I was still allowed to leave my car on the hotel parking lot, which let me relax and stroll through the city to visit the waterfall without hunting for a spot again. Thanks to the whole hotel team for the kindness, helpfulness, and great service; I felt very comfortable.
