“All in all our stay was very exceptional. Very pleased.”
I liked the convenient location and how clean everything was, but there was no complimentary breakfast and the cost felt a little high.

The room was good, but the price was way too expensive.

I stayed at the Silver Cloud many times and appreciated how close it is to the hospitals I need to visit, but the TV remote was the WORST ever.

The hotel looked beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful; we found our room very comfortable and would definitely stay at a Silver Cloud again. A few loud sirens were present, which is normal for a downtown hotel, but they gave us free earplugs, and after it got late it was pretty quiet.

The location was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable, though it was a bit pricey.
