“A complete scam”
I was really looking forward to a relaxing getaway at this hotel, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. Despite being the priciest option on the island, the amenities and services were subpar, and the place felt abandoned. The staff did arrange for a convenient airport pickup, which was a nice touch, but that was about it. Our stay was marred by delayed responses to our requests, a construction site right outside our window, and a general sense of disorganization.
