The hotel was very clean, the property was updated, safe, and comfortable. The grounds and views were beautiful. My kids loved the pool, but it was small and there was not much seating around to supervise. I also wish the outdoor area stayed open through September. My kids also really enjoyed the golf simulator. The prepared breakfast foods were mediocre. My family had dinner at the restaurant on site. The food and service were also mediocre. However we loved sitting outside and watching the sunset. We stayed on a football weekend, so the price per night was outrageous, but that goes for all hotels in and near State College.
