The apartment was spotless on entry, yet it looked a little neglected—there was no kettle or basic cooking gear, and the amenities promised for four guests weren’t all there. We also hit a confusing pre‑payment request and a strange commission charge that took some back‑and‑forth to clear, and the staff didn’t seem particularly concerned about our comfort.
