“I may consider staying at a different hotel next time.”
The hotel interior was very clean and well maintained, and the location was also very convenient. However, there were several issues during my stay that were disappointing. 1. Sofa bed and extra comforter I booked a room with a sofa bed. When I set up the sofa bed, I found that only a blanket was provided, rather than a comforter. I contacted housekeeping/reception to request an additional comforter, but I was told that only one comforter is allowed per room and that they could only provide an extra blanket. Honestly, this is the first time I have encountered a hotel that would not provide an extra comforter when a guest needs one. The blanket provided was not warm enough for the night, and unfortunately, I had no other option but to use it. I found this policy extremely disappointing and unreasonable, especially for a room with a sofa bed intended for an additional guest to sleep on. A hotel should prioritize guests' comfort, and providing an extra comforter when needed should not be an unreasonable request. 2. Air conditioning The AC system also seems somewhat outdated. The fan cannot be set to run continuously. Once the room reaches the desired temperature, the system stops and only starts again when the temperature changes. At times, it felt like it could take almost an hour before the system circulated fresh air again. 3. Breakfast The breakfast on the first day was acceptable, but the selection on the second day was disappointing. There was no meat at all—only bread, eggs, and cereal. Not even sausage was available. Overall, while the hotel is clean and conveniently located, these issues significantly affected my stay. The comforter policy in particular was very disappointing. Guests should be able to expect basic comfort when staying at a hotel
