Reception was flawless, breakfast was wonderful, you can choose the time and it arrives at your door. We stayed in the Paris suite, which has a jacuzzi and an amazing view! You just don’t want to leave. Plus we had access to wines, beers and food orders. The area around is forest and mountains. We loved it!

The hot tub, local view, and common areas were very cozy. There was no room service, but the local restaurants deliver food on site.
We had a great experience at Bela Vista Chalé. The hosts welcomed us warmly. Both the shared space and the suite we stayed in are cozy, well‑equipped and offer a breathtaking view. Breakfast arrived every day of the stay right in the room at the time we chose, with a wide variety of options. A very complete breakfast.

The view was amazing, and we were handed complimentary Champagne at the entrance because of our anniversary. The room cleaning should be daily; we had to ask for fresh towels in the bathtub rooms, which should be changed each day. At breakfast, the boxed juice could be replaced with fresh fruit juice. The vehicle gate should be automated so guests don’t have to get out of the car, especially on rainy days.
