“Lastimável!!”

I didn’t like the place or how it was organized. The first thing I saw was a drenched, messy bathroom that didn’t let me shower when I arrived. The bed that was supposed to be mine was given to someone else; they said it was a mistake, which I understand, but the management was very disorganized. I had to wait about 30 minutes for the manager to sort it out. In the end, I slept on a very cold bed and the manager only gave me two sheets to cover me in winter, saying the duvet was closed because I’d arrive in the middle of the night. I slept very cold, woke up several times at night, and even at 00:11 I was still hurting my head. I know they’re just doing their job, but this hostel was the worst experience for me.

“The worst hostel I’ve ever stayed at.”

The only good thing was the reception staff who were very helpful and tried to give me everything I needed. The rooms and bathrooms were filthy; as soon as I got on the bed I had to wipe the frame because it was dusty. The hostel had a bad smell. The shower was extremely dirty and there were no decent sheets or blankets.

The host provided a lockable individual locker. After a night in the bed I had itching and the mattress was too thin and uncomfortable. There was no toilet paper or brush in the bathroom.

There were too many people sharing the same room.

At that price we could have found much better guesthouses or dorms. The accommodation was very dirty, the sheets were stained everywhere, the walls were in the same state, the room faced the reception so everyone could see our room while the front desk was open, and the 10 m² room had four bunk beds with no space. The kitchen closed at 20 h, there were only four forks and four knives, a table facing other rooms, and the dishes were very dirty. The dorm entrance code changed during the stay without warning, forcing us to wait more than 10 minutes at the door. In the end we left a day early because we couldn’t stay any longer – a real escape.
