The location and the host, Rich, were perfect; everything a tourist could want was a 10‑15 minute walk away, Rich was very sweet, communicated well, helped us a lot, and even gave us suggestions that turned out to be the highlight of our trip—can't recommend the stay enough, only wish I could have stayed longer :D.

They didn’t give the driver accommodation and didn’t let him stay in the car, so we had to leave because we couldn’t be unkind to him; they didn’t refund. Absolutely unprofessional and liars—promised a refund, then stopped taking our calls and denied it, all within 30 minutes of booking after we realized the property wasn’t suitable.

Rooms were clean and the staff were good, but out of 8 rooms, 5 were on the G‑1 floor, had poor ventilation because they’re underground, no backup power so there was no electricity from night to morning on the first day, the food menu lacked variety, and breakfast wasn’t flexible to choice.
